First of all this is unsolicited. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles. I brought my car to STR to be looked examined front to back , including oil change. I also inquired about an electrical issue and Emily was confident they could solve it. Well they did. Hats off to a great job , STR is the only shop that will service my vehicles. Thank you for peace of mind.

I can not give you a review because I never heard of you in my past 50 years in the Auto,home and commercial HVAC service business.I was certified back in the70s with NIASE which is now ASE. My connections with Sun Electric were very good.My biggest complaint is the cost of the new refrigerant 1234yf. This has been the biggest rip off in the business in the history of Airconditioning.Hopefully they that make it will fill their pockets first to make its cost more fair.I am an old R12,R22,R502,R11 and a couple of others.I also see the things that are going on in the auto repair leaks caused by the new 1234yf. My life of Electrical mechanical service has been very good with most areas of HVACR. With 8 billion people on Earth I do not expect any cure of what is going on but maybe a slow down is happening.

Walked in off the street for a vehicle inspection without an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. Waiting room was clean and had drinks and popcorn. Will definitely come here for any work I can't do myself!
