The reason for the one star review. I wanted them to adjust caster, nothing else. The truck is lifted, and has custom made lower arms for the lift. Caster is adjusted through the same location as the factory arms through the cam bolts. He said it couldn't be done, which is wrong. Rather than continuing to argue, I left and went to another shop. They adjusted it to the specs per the lift kit company and truck drives and steers beautiful. Then he calls me and wonders why I gave a 1 star review? Because you were wrong and argued with me over the whole thing, not to mention about waiting for the appointment date to get in. Mad because I won't pull the one star review. Sorry, next time listen to the customer.
We never touched your vehicle. You brought the vehicle in to have alignment done. You were wanting us to adjust caster. That is not possible on your vehicle with out adjustable track bars. The cam bolts on the axle do not adjust caster, I don’t care what anybody on the internet says. I have aligned 100’s of these trucks and real life experience has shown me to be fact. All of this was explained to you at check in. We did not charge you anything. We inspected and explain the situation to you immediately. You were not out any time or money. So, a 1 star review seems very inappropriate for being told something you didn’t want to hear. Unfortunately we don’t always get to deliver good news, but we always deliver the truth. Some people just don’t like that I guess. Edit: Not mad that you won’t pull your review. You are entitled to your opinion. I’m entitled to let anybody reading it know why they should take it with a grain of salt. I never argued with you. I explained why the caster couldn’t be aligned. You said ok and left. No argument. Your lower control arms have nothing to do with caster and camber on your truck. It has a solid axle. You don’t know what you’re talking about.
