Very pleased with the service I got at STR. I normally do most of my own maintenance but needed to get a set of new tires mounted and balanced along with TPMS sensors replaced. STR was quick to schedule me a time and the quality of work was excellent. Their prices are very competitive and I don't feel like they try to overcharge like some other shops. Highly recommend to anyone in the Lake Norman area.

I brought my Santa Fe to STR to find the source of leaking oil. Within an hour of dropping off my car, the leak was quickly found and a fix was recommended. I anticipated getting my car back a day later. I was called that the work was completed later the same day. The staff was friendly, skilled and professional. "This was my first, but not last visit."

STR is unparalleled in professionalism! I drive an uncommon car which can be challenging to work on. I had taken it to other shops that misdiagnosed the issue and overcharged me. STR figured it out right away and fixed the issue for a very fair price. The car now drives better than it did when I bought it- I’d recommend them to anyone!
