I’ve been going to STR for any car issues or maintenance for a little over a year and I’ll just say I haven’t let anyone else touch my car since mechanic wise not even my dealership. Every staff member I’ve met has been very down to earth and friendly and very illuminating when it came to me never hearing of some of the repairs I’ve had to get done but Emily in particular is who I’ve spoken to most and she has always given me her honest opinion when I really didn’t know what was best but overall they are all just very genuine and they have never made me feel like it’s just about the money I truly believe they have my vehicles best interest at heart and they always be at the top of my list when it comes to any vehicles I own. - Kamri B
