Have used these guys before and they do a great job at fair prices. This time they inspected a used car I was wanting to buy. Very professional.

Sent my wife for an inspection on her car. She was very pleased and said she would be back.

My mom's car needed an inspection and STR automotive did it that day. I had called several other automotive centers to make an appointment for inspection and they either had nobody to do inspections or were backed up for inspections for at least a week. STR told me to come in that day and the inspection was done in 15 minutes. Courteous and professional staff, a nice waiting area. We're going back for tires. Great place!

I have to be 100% honest, STR automotive repair did an amazing Job on my Range Rover, better than the dealership when it comes to customer service and communication. More than satisfied with the work completed! I will continue to do business with them just because of this. True! Customer Service, something that’s missing today with some many other repair shops. Absolutely incredible service! My brakes went out last Friday afternoon, every shop I called said they couldn't get it in, but STR did! They even gave me a loaner car so I could take my children home to wait in peace! They didn't try to 'nickel and dime' me either! I went to school to work on vehicles, so I'm not easy to impress- yet they certainly did! (Yes, I could've done it myself, but I was lazy and short on time 😅) They were fast, but thorough! I definitely recommend this shop!
