Great staff and Great work at an affordable price

I have used their services twice now , once for my Lexus to have a new radiator and again to replace my daughters air conditioning in her Honda Civic and they have been friendly and timely. I highly recommend them . We will definitely be back for all of our service needs .

STR has mechanics that specialize in Euros, and I have a BMW 328i and I'm very satisfied with all the repairs I had. Been using then since November 2021 and won't take my car anywhere else but them.

Got me in for a service and out within 30 minutes. Emily is exceptionally great at introducing me to everything they offer. If not for a recommendation from an expert, I never would have known they work on imports!!! A blessing for me. My former company closed its doors due to retirement and I had NO PLACE TO GO FOR SERVICE but to Charlotte at the Dealership! STR is less than 2 miles from home and no traffic!!!!!!!!! I hope I can afford their services, but am confident that they are for me. Again, A True Blessing. They have a very comfortable waiting room, And with Emily at the Realm, I couldn’t ask for better customer service!!! I am so happy I found them quite by a fluke but I feel these young bright folks will totally care for my car and me. They even offer shuttle service!!!!!!! This is how he for a single woman with no family nearby. Huge. I am SO RELIEVED I COULD CRY FOR JOY!
