Everyone here seems to be very professional. I was seen on time for my appointment and it took exactly as long as they suggested it may which was important to me since I was waiting! I was there for my annual check and an oil change. They did not try to upsell me, which is suggestive of honesty!

Very friendly, professional waiting area was very clean. I felt safe from germs. It’s just a nice place that people that waited on me. Super nice.

Hard to find a honest shop now a days. They’ll either throw unneeded parts at it or fabricate a issue. Not STR, they couldn’t justify throwing parts did multiple test and replaced a gasket charged me for their time only and said thank you! I’ll bring all my cars to them from now on.

Went there a couple weeks back for the first time and it was very professional and quick. Definitely taking my car there again when I’m back in town!

In and out in 15 minutes during lunchtime. Can’t beat friendly, convenient, and efficient!!! Will definitely use STR Automatic in the future.
