Definitely recommend! Very good people to work on your vehicle if you need tires, breaks or alignment, etc! Awesome front desk, skilled mechanics at the shop! They don’t charge you for something they actually didn’t do! They’ve got a nice comfy lounge with coffee, popcorn, sodas available for customers. Phone charging station for all kinds of phones available in lounge. Even some toys available for kids if you have your kids with you!

With some high reviews in an incredibly competitive market, I was hopeful for fair treatment, pricing, and service. I was assisted with towing guidance, communicated with thoroughly, and returned the car in quick fashion with all services performed. The newly purchased older car will likely (definitely as of today) need some more love, and I think STR can give it. Much appreciated!

Our experience was with Emily and her team. At first, we were a little hesitant because it's hard to find quality service and customer service, but they had it all and they didn't disappoint! Emily was were knowledgeable, listened and communicated well during our conversation both over the phone and in person. Our car is now driving like a quiet machine now! We are very satisfied with every aspect of our service experience. You can expect fair pricing and the waiting room is well stocked- you could easily bring your laptop and work while you wait. STR has earned our trust with one visit and we will be using them moving forward. We have an older Lexus and I saw many makes and models being serviced. If you are looking for honest and knowledgeable professionals, you should give them a try.
