I spent over five grand to get my car fixed but every time they fix one thing they found something else wrong!they told my Bmw wasn't a reliable car,my wires got temper with and my cover got cracked They drove my car home overnight they charge me so many times for diagnostic fee.I will never go there or refer anyone else! We are still paying for the bill for nothing!!
2/4/2021: You brought your car in to the shop, and it was literally pouring oil. We replaced the oil cooler lines that were leaking and the splash shield that had been destroyed by the oil. 8/20/2021: Car is brought in because it cut off on you while driving. We are unable to duplicate the concern at the shop. Tech drives car home (over 40 miles one way) in attempt to duplicate concern. Tech is able to duplicate concern upon cold start the next morning. Fuel pumps are at fault. We also recommend performing tune up that is 50,000 miles overdue. You approve repairs. 9/8/2021: Car is towed in because it shut off. Tech finds that car shut off because it overheated. Coolant leak is not visible. Tech has to use an inspection camera fed into engine to find coolant leaking at pipes under turbochargers. These hoses had been recommended to be replaced by the dealer more than a year earlier. Customer declines repairs. We top off coolant and bleed system. Customer is informed that as long as coolant level is kept up with, car will perform as intended until customer can afford to fix the leaking pipes. As for the 'cracked cover", our very first invoice for you states that you told us that the dealer had cracked to cover and you asked us to see if it was important. The cover you're referring to is an engine beauty cover and is not important to the vehicle's operation. 11/9/21: You have your daughter call us. We explain the situation to her, and she tells us that she understood. I'm assuming you were having her call us as an intimidation tactic since she told us she was a lawyer multiple times. We did tell you that your BMW is not a reliable vehicle. Given the repairs that you've experienced, any logical person would come to the same conclusion. It's not just your car though. We see the same expensive repairs out of every 7 series from that era with that many miles. Honesty doesn't mean telling you what you want to hear.
