I came for an inspection and was prepared to wait an hour as I had at other places. The waiting room is really nice with drinks, popcorn and a tv. The person that helped me was professional and efficient. He came to get me after 15 minutes or so and that was it. Best experience at an automotive shop for sure.

I highly recommend STR Automotive for any and all automotive needs. I almost never make an appointment but they always get me right in. They recently did an inspection and also checked fluid levels, tires, etc. I can't imagine taking my car any other place. The waiting area is clean and offers drinks and fresh popcorn. They all wore face coverings and also offered them to all customers. All the guys are very nice and the best at what they do !

Proud return customer of STR, had a minor situation with run quality and even my trunk latch breaking. Contacted Ryan on a last minute panic and he and his crew took care of me instantly. Job was handled perfectly and I had my vehicle back I great order next day. Will definitely continue to take all of my repair needs to STR from now on! STR has impeccable service and went above and beyond their duties, for me. Unfortunately, due to COVID I am stuck in The north and had a mishap with the person who was supposed to pick my vehicle up for me.
