You are 100% wrong, you guys get a 1 star because of the poor costumer service, the law is the law and like everyone else I follow the law, I actually already replaced the front window tint and I already have an appointment for next week to take my vehicle and get the inspection done AGAIN but since you want a better explanation I will take my time ( once again ) and explain why you get a 1 star from me. The minute I walked into your place I ask the front lady what is the annual inspection all about it?? ( since I moved from Florida a year ago ) she responded that is just basic stuff like tires , brakes, just make sure there is not check engine light on but she NEVER mentioned anything about the windows tint. If she would mentioned that part of the test is the windows TINT , of COURSE I would take care of that on the first place and not waste 45 min at your place for you to tell that my vehicle Fail the window test. So yes you get a 1 star from me for a poor explanation from your crew members, not because I don't like the law, that is actually very unprofessional comment from you to even mention or telling me that . Came in just to get another tire put on a rim from a prior flat tire. They were great and got it done quickly. I will definitely use them again!
