This was my first time using STR. The work I had done was completed in a timely manner. They didn’t try to up sale me on any ’work’ my car needed. They seemed like a nice and honest facility and would consider them for any future service I may need.

Ryan and his team are the absolute best. They correctly diagnosed my problem when the dealership got it wrong. Service was fast and even when the shipper of my part had a delay they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend STR Automotive!

We typically have a good experience at STR. This time was no different but felt there were a few minor things overlooked. Our van passed inspection but later that day had to have tire repaired that was leaking air due to metal found in it. Probably not fault of STR but thought they might have caught it during inspection. Our other car wouldn’t start in the parking lot after it had been serviced - had to have it looked at again to determine problem. This issue was handled well - just felt it could’ve been avoided.

STR has been servicing my vehicles for the past 3 years and I am beyond satisfied. Ryan and his team do excellent work at a fair price and are honest. They communicate well and provide options for repairs. I like that they have a loaner car available, which is so convenient. Will definitely continue to have STR service my vehicles

This was my second time having STR work on my vehicles. You couldn't get a more professional and courteous group of people from the front desk all the way to the mechanic doing the work. I tell people in my network to call STR before you call anyone else. I give them a 5 star rating. Tony Porto.

Great place to take your vehicle. It’s not a bunch of back-and-forth, they get down to the root cause of the problem and get it fixed.
