My car broke down and I had it towed in. These guys were able to diagnose it and have it repaired in about 3 to 4 hours.

Spencer, now at SRT had been servicing our family autos for years. We had lost track of him when he left his previous employer . We are delighted to learn that he and his business partner, Ryan have opened their own auto service and maintenance shop here in Mooresville. It's reassuring to bring your vehicle into a business run by people that you trust.

These guys are on point, fast, detailed and friendly. They tell you what suggestions they have for your vehicle, but they never pressure you to spend money to get something done that is not necessary. They are professional and do great work!

I have had great experiences with STR Automotive. They service multiple cars of mine and always do a good job. They are friendly and knowledgeable and do very good work. I have taken my car to various repair shops over the years for servicing - including the dealerships. I was never quite sure if I was getting a good deal or if I should trust the diagnosis I was given. I don't feel that way about STR. They seem to be honest and dependable and I trust their judgement on repairs and the cost of a repair. I gave up on dealerships servicing my car several years ago. I was tired of going in for my "free" maintenance and ending up paying $100 or more for miscellaneous things they "found" during their routine inspection. STR doesn't seem to play that game. I would recommend them to anyone.
