I brought my car in for an oil change and brought my own oil, filter, and engine flush. Who ever worked on my car left oil on my paint and carbon fiber hood. They also did not use covers for the inside of the car I do not think the person who drove my car knows how to drive a manual very well because he revved my engine up and he wasn’t moving. The thing that upsets me the most is that they under filled the oil sounds like a good way for str buying a new engine. Cause my name is Joseph Carlino also I have the receipt. Your employee tried to keep the rest of my oil too.

Ryan and Spencer truly care about the customers and their cars. That's hard to find these days. They even explain in detail or show me on the car the issues. The location is super convenient and easily accessible. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. The customer lounge area was quiet and provided popcorn with soft drinks or water at no cost! They even beat online prices for the tires I purchased. I saved time and money! I would recommend this shop over any in the Lake Norman Area.

These are great men. They helped us several times with our Volvo passing inspection this week. I had recently resolved and cleared a check engine light issue and brought the vehicle to them numerous times waiting until the OBD2 computer finally pushed out its “readiness code” to allow the NC inspection to continue. I typically do auto work myself, but now I feel I know of a reputable shop in the area if any deeper work ever comes up than I feel comfortable with on my own. They had a play area for the kiddos , and it even appears they had free sodas and popcorn in the waiting area. Clean shop. I mean, CLEAN! LED shop lights in the workshop. Saw some higher end cars onsite too. Appears quality attracts quality.

Taking your car in for service can be a nerve wracking experience, not so with STR auto. Took my 2010 Shelby GT500 to three other “reputable” shops and was given a bill that had me freaking out. STR diagnosed the problem and had it repaired for 1/3 of what I was quoted elsewhere. Great group of guys that you can trust. All my family will be taking their vehicles here, thanks a lot Spencer and Ryan!
