Today was my first visit to STR Auto repair. I would have to say that they made an excellent impression. They gave me a ride home to accommodate my family and our work schedule. Everything that I asked of them was accomplished. I’m was beyond grateful and highly satisfied with my visit. Thank you. 5 stars for customer satisfaction.

I received amazing customer service from the initial call... My xterra just turned 200k and I refuse to let it go... Finding an honest, professionally trained, hardworking mechanic has been nearly impossible for me. I can not believe I found these guys.... As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of working with the public so I appreciate the hard work. You guys nailed it! You just gained TWO new customers:)

These people are Great !!! Got in quick and out and the price was Great ! I would recommend and have done so , because people need an auto repair shop ,that has great service ,along with a great price in this day in time , with most shops today,they are wanting to sell you un-needed services , not this establishment , they are for real and it's all about the customer ! Spencer and Ryan were very helpful with a vehicle that can be difficult to find service for- other than a Mercedes dealership. They diagnosed and repaired my Sprinter very quickly and affordably.
