Very happy with my experience at STR automotive yesterday. I’ve been going to the same repair shop for years until this week they told me they were unable to align my tires and I had to take it to the dealership. I called STR and they got it done the very next morning. Friendly and professional, and the waiting room was clean. Thank you!

As always; honest, dependable and trusting. This is the type of service shop where you can go drop off your car and say fix what’s wrong without ANY fear of being taken advantage of. They fix what’s needed and recommend additional work only when necessary. We recommend them to all our friends and are happy that they are here to take care of our car and truck.

This shop is phenomenal, they replaced my VW Jetta GLI alternator and battery in A very timely manner. At the dealership and alternator would’ve cost $1000 by itself not including labor or taxes. But at STR and I think her and battery only cost me $850 including labor and taxes. I also recommended my brother to go to their shop. They did a great job on his car a BMW 328I which need it’s window repaired. I would highly recommend this app to anyone in the Mooresville area!!
